Sian Dellar London’s award winning microblading and permanent makeup artist will be working in Kuwait in 2023.
Sian’s award-winning microblading & permanent makeup treatments are in such incredibly high demand that there is a waiting list for her treatments at particularly busy times of the year. Sian did a full tour including UAE and Saudi in 2019. She will be sharing her time between her Harley Street clinic in London and occasional visits to the Middle East.
